A constituent, while seeking the help of 48th Ward Democratic Committeeman Martin Tuchow, asked him if he should also talk to David Rosenbaum, the Republican Ward Committeeman.

 Tuchow looked at him, smiled, lifted a spoon, and dropped in the table.

 “That’s how much power Rosenbaum has,” Tuchow said.
