Political corruption in Chicago is not dead. Many politicians continue to use their offices for personal benefit. They may not wield as much power as Burke, Vrdolyak, and Madigan but they still try to do a lot of the same things.

So, it’s important to be aware of what has happened in the past. Because it is still happening.
